excellent wine and a memory book.

You can contribute to the wine by giving money to Sally when you arrive (we suggest ten dollars per
person), or by sending money in advance (payable to "MIT"),
to Sally Lee, CSAIL-MIT, 32 Vassar Street, 32-G846 Cambridge, MA 02139.

You can contribute to the memory book by bringing or sending an 8.5" x 11" (or smaller)
one-sided note that we will bind and present to Arvind. PDF is
acceptable if you'd like to submit electronically (to Sally - sally@csail.mit.edu).
